Il prodotto si dimostra davvero utile in movimento come lo stacco in tutte le sue varianti, senza dare il minimo fastidio alla zona dei polsi e soprattutto permette messo nel modo opportuno di esercitare forza anche con la mano, non dò cinque stelle solo perchè non ho potuto vedere l'efficacia sotto carichi importanti.
