The belt with fixed lever or micro adjustments is designed to support the spine during the Valsalva maneuver , used in heavy lifting. It should be worn without overtightening it . Excessive tightening can prevent proper breathing and reduce the effectiveness of the maneuver, as well as causing muscle damage and compromising performance . Be sure to use it only when necessary and in moderation .

Primo acquisto della attrezzatura completa , potrei dire che la qualità è assurdissima.
Mai sentito cosi compatto con la cintura, molto buona la rigidità e ottimo feeling durante le alzate
Per non parlare delle ginocchiere che cavolo come si sentono belle compresse sulle gambe.
