  • Black Heavy Duty Wrist Straps 30cm, 45cm or 60cm (please indicate your preference in the order notes)

The belt with fixed lever or micro adjustments is designed to support the spine during the Valsalva maneuver , used in heavy lifting. It should be worn without overtightening it . Excessive tightening can prevent proper breathing and reduce the effectiveness of the maneuver, as well as causing muscle damage and compromising performance . Be sure to use it only when necessary and in moderation .

Ho preso questo set come primo acquisto di attrezzatura completa, mi trovo benissimo, tutto di ottima qualità, la cintura è stata la svolta per i miei allenamenti di powerlifting, mi trovo molto bene e mi ha aiutato molto ad aumentare i carichi.
Sono rimasta molto contenta!!

Primo acquisto della attrezzatura completa , potrei dire che la qualità è assurdissima.
Mai sentito cosi compatto con la cintura, molto buona la rigidità e ottimo feeling durante le alzate
Per non parlare delle ginocchiere che cavolo come si sentono belle compresse sulle gambe.
Molto molto buono ragazzi, ottimo lavoro❤️
