The set contains:

  • Black and White Belt with Lever Included OR Stealth Belt with Lever Included;
  • High Compression 7mm Neoprene Knee Pads.

The belt with fixed lever or micro adjustments is designed to support the spine during the Valsalva maneuver , used in heavy lifting. It should be worn without overtightening it . Excessive tightening can prevent proper breathing and reduce the effectiveness of the maneuver, as well as causing muscle damage and compromising performance . Be sure to use it only when necessary and in moderation .

Ho acquistato questo set e sono molto soddisfatta considerando che è il mio primo acquisto in assoluto di attrezzatura professionale per il Powerlifting!
Ho avuto necessità di cambiare la taglia delle ginocchiere e sono stati stra disponibili e molto celeri nel farmi il cambio. In omaggio ho ricevuto i polsini che adoro!

Avevo già la cintura ma ne ho presa una taglia più piccola. Ottimo prodotto e nonostante il costante utilizzo la pelle non si rovina.
